CCR S.A. (“CCR”) CCR S.A. (“CCR”) (B3:CCRO3; Bloomberg:CCRO3BZ; Reuters:CCRO3.SA), for the purposes of CVM Instruction No. 358, hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, in accordance with the order of the Secretary of Metropolitan Transportation published in the Official Gazette of the State of São Paulo on March 17, 2018, given the statement of the Special Commission of Bidding Processes and the Legal Opinion of the Legal Counsel of the State Office of Metropolitan Transportation [Secretaria dos Transportes Metropolitanos – STM], within the International Bidding Competition No. 02/2016 (“COMPETITION”), through the State Office of Metropolitan Transportation (“STM”), approved the COMPETITION and awarded to the winning of the bidding, Consortium VIAMOBILIDADE (“CONSORTIUM”), created by CCR, as leader of the CONSORTIUM (83.34%) and RUASINVEST PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. (16.66%), which submitted the best commercial proposal to provide, under the regime of an onerous concession, the public service of passenger transportation for Lines 5-Lilac and 17-Gold of the São Paulo subway network, including the operation, maintenance, conservation, improvements, requalification and adaptation and expansion (“CONCESSION”).

The CONCESSION will have a term of twenty (20) years, which will start on the date of release of the Starting Order for the commercial operation of Line-5-Lilac. The CONSORTIUM will await the signature of the Concession Agreement.
