(“Company” or “CCR”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that for the 11th consecutive year, CCR is on the list of the most sustainable companies, it is part of the portfolio of ISE – Corporate Sustainability Index, by B3.

ISE is an initiative that includes indicators of the share price average performance of selected companies for their recognized commitment to corporate sustainability. To be included in the list, companies are evaluated for their risk management, business ethics, engagement in diversity practices, climate change guidelines, sustainable development practices, among others. ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices comprise the parameters that best show the efforts of companies that reach the score to be part of ISE.

“ESG is one of the five pillars of CCR’s 2025 strategic ambition, whose purpose is to consolidate it as an infrastructure company for urban mobility focused on providing better and safer paths to society”, says Marco Cauduro, CEO of Grupo CCR. “For CCR, remaining in the selective group of companies that are part of B3’s sustainability index is a good indication that we are on the right track”, adds Cauduro.

The other four pillars of CCR’s 2025 strategic ambition are customer satisfaction, employee engagement, reputation, and shareholder return.
