São Paulo, April 16, 2015. CCR S.A. (“CCR” or “Company”) (BM&FBovespa:CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3BZ; Reuters:CCRO3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as of 12:00 a.m. of Friday, April 17, the federal and state highway concessionaires of Paraná and Rio de Janeiro controlled, jointly or individually, by the Company (“SUBSIDIARIES”), pursuant to Law 13103/2015, published in the Diário Oficial da União on March 3, 2015, will no longer charge toll tariff related to suspended axles of trucks travelling on highways under their management.

The loss of revenue arising from the legal measure referred to above is subject to contractual rebalance, pursuant to the regulations that govern the concession.

The highway concessions of the São Paulo State, according to a decision announced by the São Paulo State Public Transportation Services Regulatory Agency (ARTESP), will maintain the charging of the tariff.
