São Paulo, December 18, 2015. CCR S.A. (“CCR” or “Company”) (BM&FBovespa:CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3BZ; Reuters:CCRO3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that Concessionária da Rodovia dos Lagos S.A. (“ViaLagos”) will resume charging toll fees on the suspended axles of trucks using the roads under its management, as of 00:00 on December 19, 2015 (next Saturday), pursuant to AGETRANSP/PRESI Official Letter 167/2015, through which the Rio de Janeiro State Publicly Conceded Waterway, Road and Rail Public Service Regulatory Agency (“AGETRANSP”) stated that art. 17 of Law 13103/15 was not applicable to the highways in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The loss of revenue between April 17, 2015 and December 18, 2015 due to the application of art. 17 of Law 13103/15 will be the object of an economic and financial rebalancing request, pursuant to the contractual terms and conditions governing the concession.
