CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, on today, the Special Bidding Commission, in accordance with the Public Notice for Auction 01/2020 (“Auction”), declared its subsidiary, Companhia de Participações em Concessões (“CPC”), the winner of the Central and South Blocks of the Auction of the 6th Round of Airport Concessions, conducted by the Federal Government, through the National Civil Aviation Agency (“ANAC”), for the provision of the public service of expansion, maintenance and operation of the airports of Curitiba (PR) in São José dos Pinhais, Foz do Iguaçu (PR), Londrina (PR), Bacacheri (PR), Navegantes (SC), Joinville (SC), Pelotas (RS), Uruguaiana (RS) and Bagé (RS), which integrate the South Block, and Goiânia (GO), Palmas (TO), Teresina (PI), São Luís (MA), Imperatriz (MA) and Petrolina (PE), part of the Central Block, for the concession term of 30 (thirty) years and will await the awarding of the concessions.

CPC was selected by offering the highest initial contribution of R$2,128,000,000.00 for the South Block and R$754,000,000.00 for the Central Block.

With these new concessions, CCR will now manage a total of 19 airports in Brazil and abroad.
