CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCR03; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCR03.SA) hereby announces the execution of Amendment 08 (“Amendment”) to Airport Concession Agreement 002/ANAC/2014-SBCF – Invitation to bid 001/2013 of Tancredo Neves/Confins International Airport (“Concession Agreement”), between its indirect subsidiary Concessionária do Aeroporto Internacional de Confins S.A. (“BH Airport”) and the National Civil Aviation Agency (“ANAC”), whose summary will be published in the Federal Official Gazette, pursuant to Law 8,666/1993.

This Amendment aims to change Appendix 5 to the Concession Agreement in order to allow, in 2021, the revision of the estimated amounts for the Marginal Cash Flow’s costs and expenses, as per the amounts realized in 2020. This change complies with ANAC’s Board of Directors Decision 216/2020, which approved BH Airport’s request for rebalancing the concession agreement due to the economic impacts of the COVID-19 on the airport concession sector in 2020. Said change was the object of a notice to the market disclosed by the Company on November 25, 2020.

The signing of the Amendment to the Concession Agreement concludes yet another important stage of CCR Group’s strategic planning, aimed at qualified growth of its business and value creation for its shareholders.
