CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) announces the execution, today, of Amendment and Modifying Instrument 21/2022 (“TAM 21/2022”) to Concession Agreement 010/CR/2000 (“Concession Agreement”) between its subsidiary Rodovias Integradas do Oeste S.A. (“SPVias”) and the São Paulo State Government, through the Logistics and Transportation Secretariat (“Granting Authority”), with the Regulatory Agency for Delegated Public Transportation Services of the São Paulo State (“ARTESP”) as the consenting intervening party, as per the summary published in the São Paulo State Official Gazette, pursuant to Law 8,666/1993.

TAM 21/2022 establishes (i) that SPVias will be responsible for executing new investments regarding the duplication works for the Urban Stretch of the Municipality of Itapeva, between km 280+850 and km 282+700, and between km 284+700 and km 287+904, and the implementation of Roundabout Access Ramps at km 288+000 of Francisco Alves Negrão Highway (SP-258), as well as for covering routine and special conservation costs of said stretch; and (ii) the promotion of the concession’s economic and financial balance by extending SPVias’ Concession Agreement for three hundred and sixty-eight (368) days, maturing on September 21, 2029.

The signing of TAM 21/2022 reflects Grupo CCR’s respect for its long-term partnership with the São Paulo State Government and its commitment to developing infrastructure in the state.
