Pursuant to CVM Instruction 358, CCR S.A. (“CCR”) (BM&FBovespa:CCRO3; Bloomberg:CCRO3BZ; Reuters:CCRO3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on May 9, 2017, the 15th Civil Chamber of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice rendered a judicial decision, published today, in the records of Civil Class Action no. 00008389620048190001, proposed by the Prosecution Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro against the State of Rio de Janeiro and Barcas S.A. – Transportes Marítimos, a jointly-controlled subsidiary of CCR (“CCR BARCAS”), to (I) grant the annulment of the bid notice and the concession agreement of CCR BARCAS, signed with the State of Rio de Janeiro on February 12, 1998, with subsequent assumption of the public service by the State of Rio de Janeiro after final and unappealable decision, without prior compensation to CCR BARCAS and (II) determine that the State of Rio de Janeiro promotes a new bidding within 24 months.

The decision issued by the 15th Civil Chamber of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice is subject to appeal. CCR and CCR BARCAS will continue adopting all appropriate judicial measures.

The aforementioned lawsuit is described in CCR’s Interim Financial Information of March 31, 2017, disclosed today.

We underline that CCR BARCAS’ net revenue in 2016 accounted for 1.49% of CCR Group’s consolidated net revenue only and, in the first quarter of 2017, it accounted for 1.34%.

It is worth noting that on December 16, 2016, CCR published a Material Fact to inform its shareholders and the market in general that, on that date, CCR BARCAS filed, before the 6th Court of Treasury of the State of Rio de Janeiro, based on Article 39 of Law 8987/95, a Lawsuit for the Termination of the Concession Agreement signed with the State of Rio de Janeiro on February 12, 1998 (lawsuit no. 0431063-14.2016.8.19.0001).
