MATERIAL FACT

CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, today, the Special Bidding Commission, in accordance with the Public Notice 001/2021 – SEINFRA/MG declared its subsidiary, Companhia de Participações em Concessões (“CPC”), the winner of the bidding process, conducted by the Secretaria de Infraestrutura e Mobilidade de Minas Gerais (“SEINFRA-MG”), for providing services of operation, expansion, and maintenance of the Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport (SBBH) – Pampulha Airport, for the concession term of 30 (thirty) years.

CPC was selected by offering the highest fixed grant in the amount of thirty four million reias (R$34,000,000.00).

CCR is always attentive to opportunities to enable investment solutions and infrastructure services, aiming at its qualified growth and capital discipline. With this new concession, CCR will now manage a total of 20 airports in Brazil and abroad.
