CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), further to the Material Fact disclosed on February 23, 2021, hereby announces that, after approval by the Company’s governance bodies, today, the Thirteenth Amendment (“Amendment”) to Concession Agreement PG-137/95-00 (“Concession Agreement”) was entered into by its direct subsidiary Concessionária da Rodovia Presidente Dutra S.A. (“NovaDutra”) and the National Land Transport Agency (“ANTT”).

The original term of the NovaDutra Concession Agreement would expire on February 28, 2021, and, due to the lack of time to conclude the new bidding process, the Ministry of Infrastructure, through a joint statement of the National Secretariat of Land Transport and the Secretariat of Development, Planning and Partnerships, indicated the need to extend the term of the Concession Agreement until the conclusion of the bidding process, pursuant to article 32 of Law 13,448, of June 5, 2017.

As a result, in order to avoid the interruption of the provision of services to users of Rodovia Presidente Dutra until the winner of the new bidding process takes over the stretch object of the concession, an Amendment was entered into to extend the concession term for a period of twelve (12) months, until February 28, 2022.

The signature of the Amendment to the NovaDutra translates the CCR Group’s respect for the long-term partnership with the federal government and its commitment to developing infrastructure in the country.
