CCR S.A. (“Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA), following up on the Material Facts disclosed on January 6, 2020 and December 17, 2020, informs that, on the present date, it became aware of a decision issued by the Comptroller General of the State of Paraná (CGE/PR) issued within the scope of an administrative accountability proceeding (PAR) which determined the application of a fine against its direct subsidiary Rodonorte – Concessionária de Rodovias Integradas S.A. (“RodoNorte”) in the amount of seventy-five million, five hundred and eighty-two thousand, four hundred and thirty Reais (R$75,582,430.00), allowing RodoNorte to choose an alternative sanction, consisting of providing free maintenance and user services for a period of one year. Such decision also imposed the suspension of RodoNorte’s participation in bidding and a prohibition to hire with the Public Administration in the State of Paraná for the period of 2 (two) years.

This decision applied jointly and severally to CCR both a monetary fine and the suspension of its right to hire with the Public Administration in the State of Paraná.

Both the Company and RodoNorte will adopt all applicable legal measures, since, in their understanding, such decision, besides being null, is against the applicable legislation.
