NOTICE TO THE MARKET
CCR S.A. (“CCR” or “Company”) (B3: CCRO3; Bloomberg: CCRO3 BZ; Reuters: CCRO3.SA) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on November 30, 2021, it received Official Letter 1607/2021-SLS (“Official Letter”), with the following content:
“Taking into consideration the latest oscillations of the company’s securities, the number of trades, and the amount traded, as shown below, we hereby request that you inform by December 1, 2021, if there is any fact that you are aware of that may justify such oscillation.

Concerning the Official Letter, CCR hereby clarifies that it is now aware of any fact not yet publicly disclosed by the Company that could justify the atypical oscillations in the trading of its shares, as described in the table above. The Company also inquired its controlling shareholders and reiterates its commitment to immediately inform the market if it becomes aware of any information that must be disclosed.
